Human Resources Operations Coordinator at North American Mission Board

Jeff Wagner has extensive experience in mission service and human resources, primarily with the North American Mission Board since February 1991, where roles have included Human Resources Operations Coordinator, Regional Field Support Coordinator, and Training Coordinator. In these positions, Jeff has developed and facilitated training for NAMB staff and field partners, enhancing user acceptance of systems. As a Mobilization Consultant, Jeff served as the primary contact for individuals interested in mission service, contributing to the development of healthy church planters and missionaries. Previous experience includes directing mission ministries for the Southern Nevada Baptist Association and leading outreach initiatives through the Redwood Empire Baptist Association. Jeff holds advanced degrees in Mission Administration and Missions from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Baptist University.
