Charlie Pharoah

Charlie Pharoah is an experienced Project Manager at VIVID since June 2022, overseeing new build development sites to ensure the timely delivery of Affordable Homes across the South of England by managing cost, quality, and program. Prior experience includes roles as Employers Agent and Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Welling Partnership LLP from July 2017 to June 2022, and as a Junior Building Surveyor at Topmarx Limited from July 2015 to July 2017. Charlie also worked at Portsmouth Football Club Ltd from July 2013 to July 2015 as C&B Staff, and at Topmarx Limited as an Account Assistant from August 2012 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing purchase ledger and using Sage software. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2017.
