Michael Gardineer

Michael Gardineer serves as the Executive Director at Vivida Dermatology, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Michael contributed as a Board Member for The Just One Project from August 2020 to August 2024 and held the role of Head of Strategy and Finance at Optimal Therapy from July 2020 to March 2023. As Chief Executive Officer at Command Global from April 2010 to December 2020, Michael led initiatives to help businesses in the healthy lifestyle and consumer packaged goods sectors. Michael co-founded B&G Equities, which specialized in private equity and management consulting, enhancing profitability through strategic acquisitions and consulting services. Prior experience also includes owning and managing Distinctive Insurance, achieving significant growth while shaping the firm's culture. Michael's career began as an Account Manager at Sierra Health & Life. Academic credentials include an MBA from UNLV Lee Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
