Christopher LaCount

Christopher LaCount has a diverse range of work experience. Christopher is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at VividCloud. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at the same company. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Capital One as a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer. Their responsibilities included serving as a Software/Production Support engineer, creating automation scripts, and being an expert in the Google Cloud Platform. Before that, they worked at Covetrus as a Technical Product Specialist, where they served as a Product Owner and Lead Technical Analyst. Christopher was responsible for overseeing and leading projects, generating roadmaps, and resolving issues within databases. As a Coordinator II Rtl App Support at Retail Business Services, they supported pharmacy applications and worked on evolving future technology roadmaps. At Hannaford Supermarkets, they held multiple roles, including Pharmacy Applications Administrator, Regional Pharmacy Support Trainer/Technician, and Evening/Center Store Manager. Finally, at the University of Vermont, they worked as an Inventory Manager/Facility Supervisor, where they created a new database, established policies and procedures, and managed the facility staff.

Christopher LaCount obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Christopher has also received additional certifications, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum.org in January 2023 and Associate Cloud Engineer from Google Cloud in August 2021.
