Dane Rodriguez

Dane Rodriguez has more than 20 years of work experience. Dane currently holds the position of Senior Director Finance at Vividion Therapeutics, Inc. where their responsibilities include leading all budget cycle planning, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and complex financial analysis. Prior to this, Dane worked at Illumina for 9 years, holding various positions including Director of Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Associate Director - Strategic Finance. Dane was responsible for financial modeling, strategic analysis, and advising executive leadership on financial and operational implications. Dane also had experience in IT Program Management at GE Aviation and GE Capital, where they led teams responsible for implementing ERP systems, technology transfer agreements, and asset-backed financing. Dane holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and has completed GE's Information Management Leadership Program.

Dane Rodriguez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame from 1998 to 2002, majoring in Business Administration with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Finance. Dane's secondary education was completed at Monta Vista High School, where they graduated in 1998. In addition, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE Aviation.
