Evan Nunez

Evan Nunez is a seasoned research scientist with extensive experience in preclinical research and pharmacology. Currently serving as Research Scientist I at Takeda since June 2023, Evan previously held positions as a Scientist at Autobahn Therapeutics, Inc., where leadership in developing in vivo efficacy models for multiple sclerosis was demonstrated. Prior experience includes roles at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, focusing on preterm birth models, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where notable contributions included a proof-of-concept study utilizing EEG telemetry and the development of complex rodent surgical models of heart failure, earning the "Excellence in Drug Discovery Award." Earlier career stages include research positions at Stanford University School of Medicine and Theravance, with a foundational education in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California.
