Kristen Shannon

Kristen Shannon is a highly experienced scientist with a robust background in biomedical research. Currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Vividion Therapeutics since April 2018, Kristen has progressed through various roles, including Senior Scientist and Scientist II. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Research Associate at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, and a Research Scientist role at PharmAkea focused on fibrosis research. Kristen's extensive tenure at Pfizer spanned nearly 15 years, where contributions were made across multiple units including Vaccine Research and Oncology. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Research Technician at Monsanto. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Biology from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with additional certifications in Biotechnology Project Management and Writing in the Sciences.
