Ian Lister

Ian Lister has extensive experience in engineering and software development, currently serving as Co-Head of Core Engineering at Tower Research Capital since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing key engineering operations and managing a garden leave and non-compete period. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Vice President at Deutsche Bank from November 2013 to March 2017. Ian's earlier career included significant leadership roles at Mantara from December 2003 to October 2013, including Head of Development and Lead Software Architect, as well as a position as Research Scientist at DSTC from December 2000 to December 2003. Ian holds a Bachelor of Information Technology with a focus on Software Engineering from The University of Queensland, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
