Barbara Pasca has a strong background in product development and management in the fashion industry. Barbara started their career as a product press office assistant at Ermenegildo Zegna Group in 2003. Barbara then worked as a product press office assistant at Piazza Sempione in 2005 before moving on to Etro as a handbags and small leathergoods product development assistant in 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they held various product development roles at Alexander McQueen and Altuzarra within the Kering Group. Barbara then joined Piazza Sempione as a woman RTW senior product manager from 2017 to 2019. Barbara further expanded their experience as a woman RTW product development director at Peter Pilotto in 2019. In 2020, Barbara took on maternity cover positions at Victoria Beckham as the woman RTW head of collection development and Versace as the WRTW & MRTW Product Development Manager for Versace Jeans Couture. Currently, they are the Head of product development at Vivienne Westwood.

From 1997 to 2003, Barbara studied at IULM University, where they pursued Public Relations, Fashion, and Design studies.
In 2020, they attended the University of the Arts London for a brief period and completed a program in Fashion Buying & Merchandising.
In 2021, Barbara enrolled in a program at ELLE Education, specializing in Image Consultant and Personal Shopper training.
In addition to their formal education, Barbara obtained a certification in Management of Fashion and Luxury Companies from Università Bocconi through Coursera in May 2020.
