Mark Winters

Mark Winters is an experienced investor, strategist, and business development adviser, currently serving as a Board Member for Vivifi Medical, CPAP.com, and VenoStent, Inc., and as Managing Partner at BriteOak. With a focus on growth-oriented companies across the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors, Winters has also held advisory roles at Baylor New Ventures and Baylor Angel Network, assisting early-stage ventures. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Healix, LLC, where operational oversight and strategic exits were achieved, and advisory roles with Spirra Pharmaceuticals and TimeGate Studios. Winters holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and an Executive MBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Houston.
