Michelle Lee, PharmD, RPh, is a skilled pharmacist with extensive experience, currently serving at VIVIO since November 2022. Previously, Michelle worked as a Staff Pharmacist at McKee Medical Pharmacy, managing staff and verifying prescriptions to dispense over 1500 medications weekly while counseling patients on various medications. Experience includes internships at prominent institutions such as the San Francisco VA Medical Center and UCSF Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating medication appropriateness, mitigating polypharmacy, and supporting oncological care. Michelle has a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, complementing a robust background in pharmacogenomics research and teaching.
