Jack Liu

Jack (Wen Jui) Liu is an experienced professional in customer relationship management with a strong background in CRM systems, automation, and campaign management. Currently serving as a Senior CRM Manager at Vivira Health Lab since December 2024, Jack previously held positions as Global CRM Manager at SaniSure and CRM Associate at Gorillas. With expertise in implementing and migrating CRM tools like HubSpot and Braze, Jack has successfully built numerous automation workflows and led multi-country commercial campaigns. Jack's earlier roles included CRM Manager at Expatrio, where significant improvements in email engagement were achieved, and Customer Success Manager, where a focus on optimizing customer journeys enhanced satisfaction in the Chinese-speaking market.
