Alessandro Gulisano

Alessandro Gulisano serves as the Global Strategy Manager for FP&A and M&A at VIVISOL since January 2013, where key responsibilities include directing finance management tasks, strategic business planning, M&A evaluations, and financial analysis. Previously, Gulisano held the positions of Head of Business Management and Controller at SOL Group from January 2000 to December 2012, and began a career as a Business Analyst at Cassa Lombarda from October 1998 to December 1999. Gulisano holds an MBA from Ifaf Business School, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2004, and possesses a Master's degree in business economics from Università di Pavia. Additionally, Gulisano is a member of ASFIM, recognized for contributions to Economics from 2005 to 2015.
