Ken McGinnis

Ken McGinnis has worked in the IT industry since 1998. Theirfirst role was as a Deskside Support Technician at Display Specialties, Inc., which they held from 1998 to 2000. Ken then joined Pomeroy, where they held several roles, including Senior Systems Architect, IT Operations Manager, IT Operations Team Lead, and System Administrator II. During their time as IT Operations Team Lead, they established a disaster recovery plan for key corporate applications with SunGard services and improved failure rates by 60%. As System Administrator II, they were responsible for the migration of GroupWise 5.5 e-mail system to Microsoft Exchange 2007. In 2016, they joined Pomeroy a Getronics company as Director IT Operations. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Vivitec as Vice President Client Engineering.

Ken McGinnis attended Southern Ohio College from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer Science.
