Ana Cristina Real Lepecki

Ana Cristina Real Lepecki is a skilled finance and IT professional with extensive experience in project management and team leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Financial Projects at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) since January 2019, Ana leads a multifunctional team of 11, overseeing a portfolio of over 30 projects in collaboration with IT and internal business areas. Previous roles include Coordinator of HR Systems and Senior IT Project Analyst, where Ana implemented agile methodologies and drove digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience at Faber-Castell Brasil includes serving as an Information Technology Senior Analyst, where Ana led SAP projects and business intelligence tool implementations, as well as roles in human resources.
