Jeanne Oliveira

Jeanne Oliveira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and innovation within the IT sector. Currently serving as a Mentor at PMI São Paulo since December 2022, Jeanne has worked at Telefonica|VIVO since April 2003, holding various roles including IT Manager, Coordinator of Digital Innovation, and Project Manager/Scrum Master. With over 50,000 hours dedicated to projects focused on CRM, BI, and product development, Jeanne is skilled in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and has a strong background in managing digital channels and business intelligence projects. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA in IT Management from FIA Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science from USP, alongside several advanced English language courses.
