Luiz Carlos Sandrão is a seasoned IT project manager with over 16 years of experience in people management and project delivery within multinational environments. Currently serving as Gerente de Projetos de TI at Vivo since March 2020, Luiz previously held the position of Gerente de Projetos at Pragmatismo, where responsibilities included implementing AI-driven Bot and Chatbot projects.
