Rafael Santos

Rafael Santos is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) since February 2023, with prior experience as a Site Reliability Engineer at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM from August 2021 to November 2022, where Rafael contributed to the implementation of SRE practices and ensured system observability for Rede D'or's radiology and hospital management systems. Rafael's background also includes working as an Infrastructure Analyst at Inmetrics from June 2019 to August 2021, with expertise in databases and middleware applications, and participating in a Tech Talent program that involved various IT roles and incident resolution for Sodexo. Earlier experience includes providing technical support at Esteves Metais from February 2012 to June 2019. Rafael holds a Technology degree in Information Technology from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo, and a Técnico em Redes de Computadores from Senac.
