Tiago MacHado

Tiago Machado serves as the Director of Institutional Relations at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) since 2022. Previously, Tiago held various leadership roles at Ericsson from 2016 to 2022, including Vice President of Sales for Claro Brazil and Director of Government and Industry Relations for Brazil and Latam South, where focus was placed on policymaking and regulation. With earlier experience at EF Education First as a Business Development Executive and at Nokia Siemens Networks as an Engagement Manager, Tiago has developed expertise in strategic sales and business development across Latin America. Tiago’s educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and ongoing studies at USP, specializing in Telecommunications Engineering and the Internet of Things.
