Ella Felix

Ella Felix is a professional with a strong background in social value initiatives and communications. Currently serving as the Social Value Lead at VIVO Defence Services since March 2022, Ella contributes to enhancing community engagement and social impact. Prior experience includes roles as Communications and Mobilisation Executive and Graduate Management Trainee at ENGIE from September 2019 to September 2022, where Ella developed key skills in stakeholder engagement and project management. Ella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Geography from the University of Reading, completed in 2018.
