Lee Wilson

Lee Wilson is a commercially astute and solutions-focused Project Manager with extensive experience in the Defence sector, currently serving as an Interim Senior Program Manager and Principal Project Manager at VIVO Defence Services since January 2023. With a proven track record in managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple infrastructure development and maintenance projects, Lee excels in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while leading project teams to achieve KPIs. Previously, Lee held various leadership roles in the British Army from February 2013 to July 2023, including Warehousing, Facilities & Logistic Operations/Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing large-scale facilities management and contract management for a MOD estate, as well as logistical planning for military operations. With a strong emphasis on compliance and safety, Lee has continually leveraged specialist knowledge to provide technical solutions and support to customers throughout a diverse career.
