Matt Smith

Matt Smith is currently the Head of Commercial at VIVO Defence Services, responsible for the delivery of Facilities Management, Core Service, and Billable Works on the Defence Built Estate. With a background in Quantity Surveying, Matt has extensive experience in commercial management for various companies such as RICS, Amey Defence Services, CarillionAmey, and M J Consulting. Matt also served as a Director at M J Consulting, where Matt provided consultant Quantity Surveying services for different stakeholders in the construction industry. Matt holds a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying from the University of Birmingham and is a MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
