Bassirou Diop

Bassirou Diop is an experienced Retail Manager at Vivo Energy since September 2012, overseeing a network of 125 service stations and responsible for budget management, including Capex and Opex. Previous roles include Retail Sales Manager at Vivo Energy Senegal, where Bassirou achieved fuel and lubricant sales targets and improved operational excellence, and Network and Engineering Manager at Vivo Energy Guinea, supervising departmental restructuring. Prior experience includes Maintenance Manager and Technical Project Manager at TOTAL, where Bassirou managed maintenance operations across over 130 stations and customer installations. Earlier, Bassirou worked as a Project TPM Pilot at Faurecia, implementing Total Productive Maintenance. Bassirou holds a specialized Master’s degree in Production and Advanced Computer Science from Centrale Lille and an Engineering degree in Electromechanics from Ecole Polytechnique de Thiès.
