William Nurnberger

William Nurnberger is the current Director at Vivo for Healthier Generations. Prior to this, they served as the Director Advisory Services at Ritchie Bros from October 2020 to April 2021. William also served as the Director, Business Development & Finance Initiatives at Ritchie Bros from March 2020 to September 2020. From January 2017 to February 2019, they were the Vice President Corporate Development at Distinct Infrastructure Group where they were responsible for developing long-term business strategies consistent with the strategy of the Company and its subsidiaries. William has also originated, reviewed, analyzed and recommended acquisition opportunities; assisted with due diligence activities on all investment merger and acquisition opportunities; negotiated, documented and closed acquisition transactions; developed strategic business plan and road maps for inorganic growth thinking of how to grow the Company inorganically; and assisted with analyzing trends including competitive market and regulatory compliance.
