Onisis Stefas has a wide range of experience in the pharmacy field, spanning from 2002 to the present. Onisis started their career at CVS Health, where they quickly rose to the position of Pharmacy Supervisor Assistant, overseeing inventory management, customer engagement, and personnel leadership. Onisis then joined Target and advanced from Executive Team Leader/Pharmacy Manager to Pharmacy Business Partner, overseeing operations and implementing initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer service.
In 2010, Stefas joined Northwell Health as the Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Services at Forest Hills Hospital, where they expanded pharmacy operations and introduced educational sessions for medical residents. Onisis later became the SVP, Chief Pharmacy Officer, responsible for leading pharmaceutical partnerships, budget and operations, and clinical programs across the organization. Under their leadership, the pharmacy business achieved rapid growth, with the annual revenue increasing from $4M to $400M.
In addition to their role at Northwell Health, Stefas is also involved in various industry organizations. Onisis serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for both Health System-Owned Specialty Pharmacy Alliance (HOSP Alliance) and 340B Health. Onisis is also the CEO of Vivo Health Pharmacy.

Onisis Stefas holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Hofstra University.
