Prior experience includes serving as a District Manager at FGX International from November 2008 to April 2020, where Esther supervised a team of 41 sales representatives and ensured compliance with company goals. Additionally, Esther owned and operated Ultimate Window Decor from February 2005 to December 2011, specializing in custom window treatment sales and installations. Earlier work experience includes serving as a District Sales Manager at Levy Home Entertainment from January 2000 to December 2004, where operations were managed for a district with significant retail outlet volume. Esther's educational background includes studies at Richland Community College and Champions School of Real Estate.
