Jose Duque

Jose Duque is a Licensed Realtor at VIVO Realty, with experience starting in July 2017. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Jose moved to the USA in 1987 and transitioned to real estate after a 20-year career as a Service Manager in the Apartment Multifamily Business. Previous positions include Realtor at JPAR Franchising by JP & Associates REALTORS from March 2016 to June 2018, and at ultra real estate services from April 2011 to March 2016. Jose gained foundational experience as a Service Manager at Equity Residential from July 2004 to March 2008. Educational background includes studies at Champion School of Real Estates from 2004 to 2006, and a degree in HVAC Technician from Liceo de Arte y Tecnologia, where coursework focused on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology. Additional education includes a degree in Interior Design from Liceo de Arte y Tecnologia in 1984.
