Kiran Kaur Barn

Kiran Kaur Barn is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Vivobarefoot since March 2025. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at The Roof Gardens and The Conduit, as well as Head of Human Resources at SUSHISAMBA GROUP, overseeing multiple restaurant locations. Earlier experience encompasses significant HR positions at Agent Provocateur and LVMH, providing support across various international markets and retail environments. Kiran began a career in HR at Selfridges, progressing through multiple roles, and holds an LLB in Law from the University of Westminster and a CIPD Advanced Level Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. Additionally, Kiran is pursuing diplomas in Personal Performance Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming from The Coaching Academy.
