Rosie Cripps

Rosie Cripps has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rosie is currently working as the Head of Sourcing at Vivobarefoot since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Primark as a Global Sourcing Manager for five years from June 2014 to September 2019. Before that, they served as a Senior Buyer at Peacocks from May 2013 to June 2014.

Rosie's experience also includes working as a Product Manager at NSL Bangladesh from April 2011 to April 2013. Here, they managed the product offer from Bangladesh, sourced new factories, and set regional sales budgets.

From January 2005 to March 2011, Rosie worked at Next Group PLC as a Buyer. Rosie also had a role as a Buyer at Next Plc: Experienced Designate from March 2009 to December 2009. Their responsibilities included range management, planning, and ensuring retail sales targets were met.

Before transitioning into the fashion industry, Rosie worked at Emagin Travel Ltd as a Travel Planner and Tour Guide from January 2005 to April 2009.

Earlier in their career, Rosie also gained experience as an Assistant Buyer at Next Plc from April 2006 to March 2009. Rosie started their career as a Floor Manager at GAP Ltd from October 2002 to January 2006, and prior to that, they worked as a Design Assistant at Dorma Ltd from July 1999 to February 2000.

Rosie Cripps attended Wiltshire College from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a National Diploma in Art/Art Studies. Rosie then enrolled at Loughborough University from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Printed Textile Design.
