Carl Melms

Carl Melms has extensive experience in operations and production management, currently serving as Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Vivolac Cultures Corporation since November 2015. Prior experience includes a tenure at Dean Foods from July 1999 to November 2015, where Carl supervised production processes for milk, juice, and cottage cheese, progressing from General Labor roles to Production Supervisor. Prior to Dean Foods, Carl worked at Walmart from February 1997 to July 1999 as a Department Manager in Sporting Goods and Automotive, and as a General Associate. Carl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, with studies at Olivet Nazarene University and the American School of Kuwait.
