Dan Norville

Dan Norville is the President and Founder of Vivo Living, a real estate development, investment, and management company headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles, California. Prior to Vivo Living, Dan was with SiO Hotels and Norcap Real Estate Investment and Development. Dan has also held the position of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at ICO Development LLC from July 2012 to June 2016.

Dan has successfully implemented complex development projects involving both “from the ground up” construction and substantial renovation programs. Dan is proud of delivering exceptional asset and property management services upon completion of the development process.

Dan Norville's educational career includes completing a BS in finance and accounting from NYU Stern School of Business, as well as attending Brophy College Preparatory.
