Michaelina Dupnik is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Vivonics, Inc. since May 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing engineering operations, project management, and serving as a Principal Investigator. Concurrently, Michaelina serves as an Instructor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, teaching a project-based introduction to product development and engineering design. With prior experience as a Biomedical Engineer at Optimum Technologies, Inc., and leadership roles in initiatives such as Women Who CAD, Michaelina has demonstrated expertise in engineering and design for medical devices. A Boston University alumna with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Michaelina has received recognition for innovative projects, such as a sensory substitution device, and has been involved in community educational programs to promote engineering concepts.
