Hil Moss has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Co-Founder/CEO at VivorCare since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a self-employed Cancer Advocate & Content Creator, where they focused on raising awareness and providing information about young adult cancer through various platforms such as Instagram, a blog, and published articles. They also built a community of over 3000 young women affected by breast cancer and mentored those recently diagnosed.
Hil Moss was a Flare Capital Scholar at Flare Capital Partners from January 2022 to June 2022. They also served as a Student Fellow at the Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy at Yale Law School from July 2021 to May 2022. Hil Moss was the Co-Chair for the 2022 Yale Healthcare Conference from April 2021 to April 2022.
In terms of internships, Hil Moss worked as an MBA Healthcare Delivery Leadership Intern at Amwell from June 2021 to August 2021. They also had an internship at Thrive, An Exact Sciences Company, where they focused on launch preparation, access, and adoption from May 2021 to August 2021.
Before that, Hil Moss worked as a Consultant at OncoHealth from January 2021 to November 2021. They also held roles at Hologic, Inc., serving as a Senior Consultant from August 2020 to August 2021, and as an MBA Intern in the Breast Surgery Division from June 2020 to August 2020. Additionally, they worked as an MBA Researcher at LUCA Biologics from May 2020 to June 2020.
Hil Moss began their education journey at Noble and Greenough School, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. After completing their secondary education, they attended Princeton University from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Archaeology. Following a gap of several years, they resumed their education in 2019 at the Yale School of Management. They are expected to graduate in 2022 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, Hil Moss concurrently pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at the Yale School of Public Health from 2020 to 2022.
