Ling-Yu Chuang has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, Chuang worked as a Factory Reading Student in the Tamkang University organization. Additionally, Chuang served as a Promoter and Trainer from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, Chuang worked as an Asus Customer Service Agent for Chainsea Information Corp. Following this, Chuang held multiple positions in Tamkang University, including as an Industrial Reading Student and Distance Education Development Group student. From 2015 to 2016, Chuang worked as a Customer Service Agent at chainsea information integration co., handling telemarketing and customer service for various brands. Then, Chuang worked at HTC from 2016 to 2019, where they served as a PM & Training Instructor responsible for training and coaching over 340 courses. In 2021, Chuang worked at Electrolux as a Trainer and Promoter Manager. Chuang's current work experience is at VIVOTEK as a Technical Trainer and Product Marketing Representative starting in 2021.
Ling-Yu Chuang completed a Bachelor's degree in Education Technology from Tamkang University from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from the same university from 2011 to 2016.
In terms of certifications, Ling-Yu Chuang obtained the "PMA 助理專案" certification from NPMA in June 2015. They also obtained the "SPPA 專案特助" certification from "中華數位關懷協會" in May 2015. In January 2013, they obtained the "DELF A2" certification from Alliance Française Paris Ile-de-France. Lastly, in July 2011, Ling-Yu Chuang obtained the "TOEIC 760" certification from ETS.
