Ping Chieh Lin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Global Human Resources Business Partner at VIVOTEK, where they manage overseas and HQ white-collar foreign employee recruitment, hiring, and contract renewal affairs, as well as oversee payroll outsourcing agency documentation and payment scheduling. Prior to this, Ping Chieh worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at GOMAJI, where they were responsible for Individual Income Tax Return processing and co-led the year-end party as a vice chairman of the Staff Welfare Committee. They also held the position of Supervisor in the Human Resources Division at SHERATON GRAND TAIPEI HOTEL. Additionally, Ping Chieh has experience as a Lecturer in Hotel Management at Tungnan University and as a Sales and Marketing Specialist in the Mother Board and Graphics Card Division at MICRO STAR INTERNATIONAL (MSI). They began their career as an Assistant in the Human Resources Department at YUNGCHING REHOUSE LIMITED and as a Secretary in the Housekeeping Division at HOLIDAY INN ASIAWORLD TAIPEI.
Ping Chieh Lin completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at MING CHUAN UNIVERSITY from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2011, they obtained a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Widener University, specializing in Master of Science in Hospitality Management.
