Taylor Bukowski

Taylor Bukowski's work experience includes a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. They began their career in 2007 as a Sales Representative at Sugar Heaven. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant at RHI Executive Search, where they were involved in tasks such as preparing research reports, performing market analysis, and managing data in the Salesforce database.

In 2013, Taylor joined WGBH as an Operations Assistant in the Development Operations department. They were responsible for tasks such as gift processing, data management, and volunteer training. During their time at WGBH, Taylor also held positions as a Support and Data Analyst and as a Senior Support and Data Analyst, where they assisted public radio and TV stations with transitioning to the Salesforce platform.

In 2017, Taylor became a Salesforce Administrator at Toast, Inc., where they primarily supported the Sales and Marketing teams. They were also responsible for project management and the implementation of Salesforce CPQ.

Taylor then joined Zuora in 2018 as a Product Adoption Expert (CPQ) and later transitioned to the role of Sales Engineer. Their responsibilities included providing sales support, demonstrating product features, and assisting with product adoption.

Most recently, in 2020, Taylor joined Vivun as a Sales Engineer and later took on the role of Senior Solutions Consultant. Vivun is a leading provider of PreSales software, and Taylor's responsibilities include helping revenue leaders drive growth by scaling technical selling efforts and aligning sales with product teams.

In addition to their various roles, Taylor is also a Co-Founder of the Vivun WISE Chapter, further highlighting their dedication to their profession.

Taylor Bukowski completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from UMass Boston between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained the Salesforce Admin Certification from Salesforce in November 2017 and the Zuora-Certified Administrator certification from Zuora in August 2018.
