Jamie Cross

Jamie Cross has a diverse work experience in the IT field. They started their career as a 1st Line IT Skill Seeker at Quarriers in 2010 and worked there until 2011. They then moved on to BCW Group Plc as an IT Help Desk Analyst from September 2011 to January 2012. Following that, they joined Getronics as an IT Service Desk Analyst from January 2012 to October 2015, where they worked on a range of external IT contracts. At Getronics, Jamie worked in the Out of Hours team, covering 12-hour shifts day and night.

In 2015, Jamie joined Howden as a Global IS - IT Service Delivery Administrator and worked there until January 2023.

Most recently, Jamie is working at Vivup as an IT Support Analyst, starting in February 2023.

Jamie Cross attended Castlehead High School from 2004 to 2009. No degree or field of study is mentioned. In addition to their high school education, Jamie achieved two certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals obtained from Microsoft in January 2023 and ITIL Foundation Level obtained from The Knowledge Academy in September 2017.
