Vice President Operations at Vivvi

Lauren Knobbe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Lauren currently holds the position of Vice President of Platform at Vivvi, where they began in December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the General Manager at Vivvi from December 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining Vivvi, Lauren worked at Success Academy Charter Schools, starting in 2016. Lauren held several roles during their tenure at Success Academy, including Director of Continuous Process Improvement from June 2019 to November 2020, Director of Operations, Renovations & Facilities from December 2017 to June 2019, and Associate Director of Operations from November 2016 to December 2017. In these positions, they were responsible for driving improvements across various departments, managing renovation and development projects, and overseeing the facilities of multiple locations.

Prior to their work at Success Academy, Lauren founded the Roosevelt Leadership Academy in 2013, where they developed an after-school enrichment program for low-income, at-risk students in Oklahoma City. Lauren was responsible for programming, logistics/planning, fundraising, and community outreach.

Additionally, Lauren worked at NextGenVest as the Director of Operations & School Partnerships from May 2015 to November 2016. In this role, they managed the go-to-market strategy, executed a national brand ambassador program, and recruited and trained a large team.

Lauren also gained experience at Teach For America as a School Operations Director from April 2014 to August 2014. Prior to this, they served as a 2012 Corps Member, teaching 7th grade English Language Arts.

Furthermore, Lauren has interned in various positions, including News Intern at KUSA-TV, Intern at 21st Century Colorado in the Finance Department, Intern at MinnPost.com in the Senate Press Gallery, and Intern in the Colorado House of Representatives.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Lauren has successfully managed budgets, implemented process improvements, and launched new initiatives.

Lauren Knobbe completed their Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2008 and 2012. Lauren'sfield of study included Broadcast News Journalism and International Affairs. In 2010, they also attended Georgetown University for a short period, focusing on Media Ethics and Economics. In 2011, they spent a year at L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques (SciencesPo), studying International Affairs, Law, and French.
