Trond Vandli

Trond Vandli has had extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and IT industry.

Their most recent position was as the COO at Vixel since February 2020, where they worked on a virtual reality project called Vrex that allows construction project participants to explore 3D models of building plans. This technology helps identify potential issues and errors early in the project, minimizing costly modifications.

Prior to this, Trond worked as an Advisor for IT projects at Gjøvik Kommune from August 2019 to February 2020. Trond also served as the Head of IT infrastructure from September 2018 to August 2019.

Trond previously worked at Visma as a System Manager Network from January 2017 to September 2018 and at the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Senior Engineer from February 2014 to December 2016.

Trond also has experience as a Consultant for the Norwegian Defence at Centric IT Professionals from October 2013 to February 2014. Trond was involved in managing a project to migrate to a new internet provider contract for central data centers and remote locations.

Trond worked as a Project Manager at Shaping Colour AS from an unknown start date to February 2014, and as the Head of IT at SmartGroup AS from an unknown start date to 2011.

Trond Vandli pursued their education at Gjøvik University College (HiG), where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from 2003 to 2006. Trond furthered their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Media technology from 2006 to 2008.
