Matt Wholley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt began their career in 2002 as an Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they served as a Commanding Officer and Operations Officer. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing patrol boats, conducting law enforcement and search and rescue operations, and managing budgets.

After leaving the Coast Guard, Matt transitioned to a role as an Admissions Officer at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. In this position, they recruited prospective cadets, reviewed applications, and advised students on the admissions process.

In 2012, Matt joined FM Facility Maintenance as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw the productivity and performance of the FM team. Matt focused on handling exception and liability services, identifying discretionary expenses, and proposing cost-effective solutions.

Continuing their career growth, Matt joined Vixxo in 2016 as a Regional Director of Operations. Matt then held roles as the Senior Director of Product Development and Senior Director of Client Relations before being promoted to Vice President of Operations in February 2021. In these roles, they were responsible for managing operations, developing products, and building client relationships.
