Valery Foster has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Valery started their career at Citigroup as a Mortgage Front End Collector and later transitioned to Fannie Mae Insurance Claims. In this role, they completed investor claims, managed a claims caseload, and ensured timely payment of investor billings. Valery's most recent position is at Vixxo, where they have held multiple roles. As a Customer Service Representative, they built strong relationships with customers, greeted and assisted them, and addressed inquiries efficiently. Valery also worked as a Customer Service Representative 2/Project Manager, where they set up and processed capital projects, trained new employees, and conducted data analysis. Currently, Valery holds the position of Operations Manager at Vixxo, overseeing more than 200 sites across various states while focusing on reducing call volume, analyzing key metrics, and providing guidance to employees.

Valery Foster completed their education at two different institutions. In 2005, they attended High Tech Institute, where they pursued a degree in Medical Assisting and successfully graduated in 2006. Later, in 2010, Valery enrolled at Brookhaven Community College to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, which they completed in 2011.
