Leonardo Erlich's work experience includes various roles in the field of information technology. Leonardo's earlier experience includes working at Shell as the DS IT BAM Global Programme Manager, where they led international projects and managed outsourcing and compliance activities. Leonardo also worked as the IT Support Services Coordinator, overseeing controls, processes, and audits in the Latin American region.

At Delage, Leonardo worked as a Project Manager, leading implementation projects for various clients. Leonardo successfully implemented purchasing and call center systems, improving user satisfaction and reducing costs.

Additionally, Leonardo worked at CIPHER as the Systems Manager, where they managed implementation projects for intranet and internet systems. Leonardo also played a role in business development and team management.

Leonardo Erlich's education history is as follows:

Leonardo obtained a Técnico degree in Electronics from Instituto de Tecnologia ORT, which they attended from 1992 to 1995.

From 1996 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.

Leonardo then participated in the Programa de Intercâmbio at UC San Diego from 1999 to 2000, focusing on Computer Science.

Leonardo Erlich later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Administration, Business, and Marketing at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2002 to 2003.

Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career in the field. In 2005, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Leonardo received the Microsoft IIL Orange Belt certification from the International Institute for Learning in 2006. In 2007, they obtained the ITIL Foundation v2 certification from Pink Elephant.
