Leonardo Erlich

Leonardo Erlich's work experience includes various roles in the field of information technology. Leonardo is currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Vizcaya Cosméticos Group since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BizCapital as the Head of Compliance, Information Security, and Infrastructure, where they led a project to transform the company and implement financial systems. Leonardo also worked as a consultant in information security at BizCapital.

Before joining BizCapital, Leonardo was the Head of Information Technology at PANGEIA.ECO, a startup focused on sustainable products. Leonardo was responsible for the operation and maintenance of systems, as well as managing relationships with suppliers and transportation partners.

Leonardo also served as the Head of Information Technology at RIO2LOVE, another startup focused on branding for Rio de Janeiro. Leonardo'sresponsibilities included overseeing system operations, equipment maintenance, and managing relationships with transportation partners.

Prior to their startup experiences, Leonardo worked as the Portfolio Manager at RioCard Tecnologia da Informação S.A, where they led a team of 18 people and restructured the project area. Leonardo was responsible for managing projects related to the electronic ticketing system in Rio de Janeiro.

Before that, Leonardo worked as the IT Governance Manager at Raizen SA, where they transformed the controls area into IT Governance and led a team of 17 employees and 6 contractors. Leonardo was responsible for hiring staff, establishing procedures, and developing processes and controls.

Leonardo's earlier experience includes working at Shell as the DS IT BAM Global Programme Manager, where they led international projects and managed outsourcing and compliance activities. Leonardo also worked as the IT Support Services Coordinator, overseeing controls, processes, and audits in the Latin American region.

At Delage, Leonardo worked as a Project Manager, leading implementation projects for various clients. Leonardo successfully implemented purchasing and call center systems, improving user satisfaction and reducing costs.

Additionally, Leonardo worked at CIPHER as the Systems Manager, where they managed implementation projects for intranet and internet systems. Leonardo also played a role in business development and team management.

Leonardo Erlich's education history is as follows:

Leonardo obtained a Técnico degree in Electronics from Instituto de Tecnologia ORT, which they attended from 1992 to 1995.

From 1996 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.

Leonardo then participated in the Programa de Intercâmbio at UC San Diego from 1999 to 2000, focusing on Computer Science.

Leonardo Erlich later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Administration, Business, and Marketing at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2002 to 2003.

Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career in the field. In 2005, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Leonardo received the Microsoft IIL Orange Belt certification from the International Institute for Learning in 2006. In 2007, they obtained the ITIL Foundation v2 certification from Pink Elephant. Leonardo received the ITIL Foundation v3 certification in 2010 from APM Group. Leonardo became COBIT 5 Foundation certified in 2014, also from APM Group. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, and in 2021, they obtained the Princípios Básicos de Marketing Digital certification from Google Digital Garage.
