Archana Betigeri

Archana Betigeri has extensive work experience in the field of software quality and CRM administration. Archana started their career in 1998 as a System Analyst at IIS Infotech and then worked as a QA Analyst at KnowTran Ltd. in 2000. Archana joined DexYP in 2003 as a PeopleSoft CRM Consultant and later became a Peoplesoft CRM Administrator from 2007 to 2011. Betigeri then joined Vizient, Inc in 2012 as a Salesforce QA Consultant, where they managed, coordinated, and implemented testing for the Salesforce platform. Archana was later promoted to the role of Senior Software Quality Engineer, specializing in Salesforce, from 2018 to 2021.
