Crystal Wilson

Crystal Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and operations within the healthcare sector. At Vizient, Inc. since November 2015, Crystal has held multiple roles including Senior Director of the Data & Digital Business Project Management Office and Clinical Data Operations, overseeing the onboarding of new Clinical Data Base/Resource Manager members and ensuring data quality standards. Prior to Vizient, Crystal worked at UHC from February 2010 to November 2015 as a Data Management Specialist and Member Support Specialist, where responsibilities included process development for hospital onboarding and enhancing patient safety program membership. Earlier experience includes serving as an Office Manager at MioMed Orthopaedics, where Crystal was instrumental in policy expansion, contract negotiations, and the implementation of an electronic healthcare reimbursement system. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
