Dyana N. Brym

Dyana N. Brym currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Vizient, Inc. since January 2022, previously holding the role of Director, Talent Management. Prior to this, Dyana was the Talent and Organizational Development Leader at Humanex Ventures, where skills in analyzing organizational talent and employee engagement were utilized to deliver strategic human capital solutions. Previous experience includes positions as Associate Attorney at Perry, Guthery, Haase & Gessford, and Employee Engagement Consultant at Gallup, where substantial contributions to client relationships and project management were made. Dyana holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, a PhD in Human Capital Management from Bellevue University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Saint Olaf College.
