Janis Dohm

Janis Dohm currently serves as Human Resources Director at Vizient, Inc. since February 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Employee Relations Lead at ManTech from June 2022 to November 2024, where Janis partnered with senior leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention across a large workforce. Prior to that, Janis was a Senior HR Manager at Amentum from August 2009 to June 2022, managing HR strategies and operations for diverse teams, including union environments, and overseeing compliance and employee relations functions for a major program. Janis also held the position of HR Manager at OCC from September 2015 to August 2017, focusing on talent calibration and performance management. Janis holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of North Texas.
