Jennifer C. currently serves as the Service Delivery Education & Operations Director and Operations and Quality Executive at Vizient, Inc. since October 2020, focusing on quality and operational performance improvements for members. Previously, Jennifer led the quality improvement program as the Quality Improvement Director at Glytec from July 2018 to June 2020 and managed performance improvement projects as the Performance Improvement Project Manager at Palmetto Health from February 2013 to July 2016. Jennifer holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Operations Science from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
