Meg McKenzie Feist

Meg McKenzie Feist currently serves as the Director of Content Licensing & Media Transactions at VIZIO since June 2024. Previously, Meg held the position of Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Sling TV from February 2015 to June 2024, where responsibilities included managing a legal team and negotiating with major technology companies such as Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google. Before this, Meg held various roles at Choate Hall & Stewart LLP focusing on finance and restructuring and was an associate at WilmerHale in the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group. Early career experience includes legal internships at Genzyme and Morningside Ventures. Meg earned a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude and a Juris Doctor cum laude from Boston College, ranking in the top 5% and top 15% of class, respectively, and was valedictorian at Wakita High School.
