Rachael Garcia

Rachael Garcia's work experience begins with their role as a Freelance Writer for Picket Fence Media in 2017, where they contributed content and managed daily events calendars for three publications. Rachael then joined the Southern California News Group in 2015 as a Contributing Writer, News Assistant, and Social Media Specialist. In this role, they managed social media channels, compiled sports statistics, schedules, and rosters for a website, and wrote articles on local high school sports teams. Rachael continued their freelance writing work in 2018 for various newspapers and magazines. Rachael then became the Executive Editor at Record Gazette in 2019, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Rachael is working as a Corporate Communications Coordinator at VIZIO since the start of 2022.

Rachael Garcia completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from California State University, Fullerton in 2015.
