Joseph J. O'Connor has a long and varied career in the business world. Joseph J. has been the CEO of ViziRecruiter since 2016 and was an Author for Penguin Random House from 2008-2016. From 1987-2008, they were the President/Founder of AFFINA, where they were responsible for General Management, Product Development, and Coordinating priorities for 3 divisions.
